We are looking for a Technical Writer for our Documentation team based in Prague. There is also the possibility to work from our office in Kosice.

DESCRIPTION:

Technical Writers are responsible for the production and maintenance of customer facing product documentation, delivered as manuals in multiple output formats in product installations, and online behind the customer portal.

SKILLS:

• Outstanding written and spoken English.
• Ability to edit quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to conceptualize and create content based on general guidelines.
• Copy editing for format, grammar, clarity, etc.
• Ability to coordinate, organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Able to perform work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to coordinate efforts with other department leads.
• Ability to understand complex modeling and development concepts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• College degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Familiarity with typical software development processes.
• Experience with document authoring and content management tools.
