Job Description

• Creation of operating instructions for PT worldwide and corresponding expertise in the area of valid standards, guidelines and country specifications
• Coordination of external agencies
• Creation of concepts for reducing existing paper operating instructions according to the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
• Coordination of User-Tests
• Creation and adaptation of layouts for our paper and online user manuals (PDF and HTML)

Qualifications

• University Diploma (prefered: Mechanical Engineer, Technical assistant)
• Creativity to write texts which is fit for the regulations. Knowledge to structured form creation
• Knowledge and experience with SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author as well as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat required
• Structured, Team player, Capable to work in monotony
• Fluent in spoken and written German
• Fluent in spoken and written English
