How You Will Contribute Craft and maintain high-quality, customer-facing documentation, including user guides, online help, tutorials, and configuration guides for Blue Planet products. Supplement documentation with use cases, procedural steps, troubleshooting tips, and best practices. Develop diagrams and visuals that simplify complex technical concepts. Ensure content aligns with Blue Planet’s standards and best practices. Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with editors and reviewers to finalize documentation. The Must Haves Exceptional writing, editing, grammar, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify intricate technical concepts. Proven experience creating user-focused documentation for external audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines. BA/BS degree with relevant technical writing experience. 5+ years of experience writing documentation for software products. Familiarity with Agile development environments. Nice to Haves Knowledge of telecom products and networking concepts. Proficiency with documentation tools such as Git, Confluence, Jira, HTML, XML-based authoring tools, Asciidoc, and Visual Studio Code. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency. Experience working with APIs and understanding API specifications. #LI-FA Not ready to apply?
