Description Summary: Responsible for writing and maintaining various types of user documentation. Work closely with product management and operational readiness groups to maintain service levels and meet expectations of the documentation management process. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain document content (text, visual elements, etc.) relating to new or changed features within the Frontier product suite. Explain scientific and technical ideas in simple language. Manage the repository of documents for each product release. Follow revision numbering and formatting guidelines for all technical and end-user documents. Collaborate with SME’s on gathering information and planning for every document update, with the aim of producing clear, concise, accurate, and easily read user guides and technical documentation packages. Follow all Liberty Vote processes and procedures to ensure high-quality content delivery. Monitor Documents accuracy and quality (Testing and Verification) process. Job Qualifications: Must Have: At least 3 to 5 years of technical writing experience. Experience with a Component Content Management System (CCMS) such as Paligo or similar systems. Nice to Have: Experience with Adobe FrameMaker OR XML, and DITA Undergraduate degree in communications, English, or similar Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA content management tools Strong time management skills Ability to manage projects with detail-oriented skills Job Competencies: Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with various teams across the organization Ability to establish and maintain business relationships Ability to analyze problems and identify potential solutions and preventive measures Physical Demands: Prolonged activity occurs while sitting at a desk at the computer/phone. There may be intermittent physical activity including walking and standing. Working Environment: This position is typically in an office environment with ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in an office environment. The position will be located in our Denver, CO office and requires 4 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
