In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across the Energy & Resources segment, building a strong pipeline of opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and leading bid strategies that align with Sodexo’s vision for innovation and sustainability. Job Description Key Responsibilities 📘 Documentation Development Develop comprehensive NPI Boundary Agreements for each site using information gathered from SMEs and operational teams. Analyse existing draft agreements to replicate structure, RACI allocations, asset categories, and formatting across additional sites. Standardise document layouts, terminology, and content structure to ensure consistency across all NPI documentation. 🤝 Information Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to obtain accurate asset and boundary information. Conduct interviews and working sessions with SMEs to clarify responsibilities and asset ownership. Consolidate technical input into clear, logical documentation that reflects agreed boundaries and maintenance accountabilities. 🔍 Content Validation & Review Coordination Facilitate internal review cycles and incorporate technical feedback into updated drafts. Manage version control and track approvals across senior stakeholders (e.g., Facilities, MP&E, IS&T). Ensure all documentation aligns with operational standards, compliance requirements, and site‑specific asset data. 📝 Approval & Publication Coordinate and record the approval process for each Boundary Agreement. Finalise documents for distribution and storage within approved document control systems. Support uploading, filing, and integration of documents into client platforms such as SharePoint or project documentation systems. ✔️ Quality & Compliance Ensure all documents accurately reflect RACI designations, asset ownership, and operational boundaries across civil assets, hydrocarbon systems, electrical distribution, buildings, and IS&T infrastructure. Apply strong technical writing standards, including clarity, readability, controlled language, and traceability. Experience Experience in technical writing or documentation development (e.g., Procedure Writer, Asset Documentation Officer). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint). Experience producing documentation involving multiple stakeholders. Exposure to NPI, mining, asset management, or facilities operations environments. Knowledge & Skills Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation within mining, facilities, or infrastructure environments. Strong capability in document formatting, consistency, and version control across multi‑site documentation. Solid understanding of asset management concepts, operational boundaries, and RACI/accountability frameworks. Confident stakeholder engagement skills, working effectively with SMEs, supervisors, and managers. Ability to interpret technical information across civil, electrical, utilities, communications, and mechanical disciplines. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical inputs into accessible content. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business applications. Understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements relevant to documentation and operational environments.
