About the role

We're seeking a proactive person for the Junior Technical Writer role to be part of our rapidly growing company. 

If you're someone who has a 2+ of years' experience in document writing, and you're looking for a challenging role with growth potential, this is the right job for you.

As our Junior Technical Writer, you will help develop documentation across the business, ensuring the effective support of products, knowledge capture of internal processes, and maintenance of the existing document library. You will also help develop content for online training modules for our LMS, as well as producing short instructional videos. Other activities will include (but not limited to):

  • Assist in the development and maintain data and information templates/forms/report layouts
  • Work with areas in the business such as Sales, R&D, Technical Support and Manufacturing to capture knowledge capture and develop process documentation, and training
  • Manage our Dropbox Sign instance with the creation and submission of formal agreements to external parties

We are seeking a people person with a great attitude and excellent communication skills - being able to talk to people - and not just send emails. You'll also need to have common-sense, be organised and be good at maths. 

Over the past 4 years the business has invested in building and documenting its knowledge base, along with implementing new system so you'll be using the latest software, tools, and AI to help with your role + grow your skills.
