KCG is seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. **This position is full-time on-site in Suffolk, VA and requires a Secret clearance** Responsibilities Related activities to include, but not limited to: Develop, write, and edit material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and/or brochures in support of program or project objectives. Review written materials and make recommended revisions and/or changes in scope, format, and content to capture Command initiatives and communication efforts. Provide administrative support services to include customer and management support, task management, meeting organization and minute capture, report preparation/distribution, technical writing, process guides, and the generation and distribution of lessons learned/after action reports. Support Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives to efficiently capture, communicate, and promote NAVIFOR CIO projects, products, business processes, and/or services for internal and external stakeholders. Develop and document comprehensive business processes to include an information management plan, time-phased action plans, project controls, cross-functional efficiencies, and KM/CM/QA functions.
