Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared Technical Writer to provide technical writing and deliverables for USACE projects remotely. This will be the opportunity to support Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Maintenance, & services at different locations worldwide. This opportunity will require an active secret clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of Technical Writing & Produce Deliverables
• Experience supporting USACE Electronic Security Services (ESS) or Utility Monitoring & Controls Systems contracts (UMCS)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance

• Provide Technical Responses for installations, maintenance, and services
• Develop and produce task orders awards
• Create Deliverables such as Site Visit Plans, Accident Prevention Plan, System Description Analysis, Technical Detail Matrixes, & Maintenance/Service Manuals
• Submit, track, and document all technical documentation, grades, comments, approvals, and deliverables in SharePoint or a Management System
• Develop, create, & maintain a library of data documents (soft/hard copies) per USACE requirements
