In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our pediatric home health care services. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our caregivers, families, and physicians. Responsibilities: - Research, write, and edit technical documentation for our pediatric home health care services - Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation - Develop and maintain templates and style guides for technical documentation - Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulations - Update and revise existing documentation as needed - Communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner - Work closely with our marketing team to create user-friendly and visually appealing documentation - Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines - Continuously improve and streamline processes for creating and maintaining technical documentation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately convey technical information - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for technical documentation - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with project management and meeting tight deadlines - Knowledge of pediatric home health care services is a plus - Remote work experience is preferred
