EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

BSc and/or MSc in related field
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for complex systems
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Technical Communication, Technical Documentation, and Technical Writing skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the technology industry is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Technical Writers for the roles in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation, including manuals and other materials, to support various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information, and then transform it into clear and concise written content.
Most of our roles are hybrid, but there might be a case when you will have to be onsite 3-5 days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate, lead and drive the design and development of wiring harnesses for various applications
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wiring systems
Conduct testing and validation of wiring harnesses
Perform investigations and verification of harnesses to reach reliability, cost and performance in the electrical system
Create detailed schematics and technical drawings
Be part of team efforts to develop solutions across platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to wiring systems
Maintain documentation and update designs as needed
Perform visual inspections to endure parts and assemblies meet customer specifications and standards
