POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Writing Specialist supports the full lifecycle of the U.S. Department of Defense contracting activities and produces clear, accurate technical documentation in support of Liberty Alliance’s programs. This role requires a solid working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other relevant laws, regulations, and agency-specific requirements as they apply to assigned contracting tasks. The position is responsible for independently interpreting requirements, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality, audit-ready documentation that meets both company and government standards. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be physically able to operate various machines and equipment, including computers, office equipment, telephones, etc. Physical demands are essentially those of sedentary work. Tasks may require extended periods at a keyboard or workstation. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
