Job Summary: Hydraulics International, Inc. is seeking a Technician I (Senior) is a highly skilled role responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system integration, testing, and mentoring of junior staff. This position works independently on complex systems and plays a key role in ensuring product quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Advanced Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve complex issues with [specific equipment, systems, or technologies], utilizing advanced tools and techniques. * Maintenance & Repairs: Perform high-level maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems, including [list relevant equipment or systems]. * Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, sharing your expertise to help them develop their skills. * Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and any modifications made to equipment or systems. * Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. * Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support operational needs and provide technical support as required.
