Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, giải quyết những sự cố trong quá trình sản xuất và những quy trình có liên quan tới máy móc, trang thiết bị thuộc bộ phận lắp ráp thiết bị nhiệt điền (TEC Assembly). Liên quan trực tiếp đến các công đoạn in kem hàn, lapping, tạo chương trình cho máy pick/place. * Kết hợp với các bộ phận khác trong công ty nhằm phát triển dụng cụ, đồ gá mới cho quá trình tạo mẫu và phát triển sản phẩm. Đảm bảo rằng máy móc, thiết bị hoạt động đúng và liên tục, thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu cho việc cải tiến quy trình. Làm việc chặt chẽ với các kỹ sư bộ phận khác để phát triển quy trình sản phẩm và làm những dự án cải tiến nhằm đạt được mục tiêu tiết kiệm chi phí và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm đề ra một cách hiệu quả. Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve issues related to machinery and equipment in the TEC Assembly department, focusing on processes like solder paste printing, lapping, and pick/place machine programming. Collaborate with other departments to develop new tooling and fixtures for prototyping and product development while ensuring continuous equipment operation.
