Job Description The role supports the engineering team by applying basic electronic theory and related technical knowledge in a manufacturing environment. The position is primarily responsible for sustaining tester-related activities on the production line, including debugging, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of testers. The role also assists Engineers in the installation, de‑installation, and upgrade of testers, as well as in the repair of tester boards and instruments. Key Responsibilities: Perform tester Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration, and GR&R data generation in accordance with company standards and procedures. Take ownership of resolving standard-level test system performance issues occurring on the production line. Collaborate with peers to meet department and factory objectives, and support project initiatives that contribute to overall factory improvement. Represent the team in department activities and demonstrate accountability, discipline, professional conduct, and adherence to 5S practices. Proactively communicate system-related issues to Engineers and provide the necessary technical data to enable accurate and timely disposition. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
