Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Failure Analysis Technician to join our team. Prefer fresh graduate or experience. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing product failures using Optical Microscope, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), OSA and ZYGO to determine failure defect and support the development of solutions that enhance product reliability. Your hands-on skills and technical expertise will play a critical role in our quality assurance processes. Qualifications Educational Requirements: Diploma: Completion of a diploma in Engineering or related field from a recognized institution. Technical Skills: Fundamentals of Engineering: Understanding of core engineering principles and concepts relevant to the specific engineering discipline. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively. Practical Skills: Hands-On Experience: Experience with laboratory work (Optical Microscope, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) , OSA , Zygo , project-based learning, or internships that provide practical application of engineering concepts. Project Management: Basic skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and reporting. Soft Skills: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to group projects and discussions. Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new concepts and technologies and adapt to changing work environments. Preferred Skills: Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate situations critically and make informed decisions.
