Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Report quality high risk events and unsafety behaviors to Senior Engineer Position or supervisors. * Repair and perform the maintenance for manufacturing’s equipment routinely * Able to read electrical drawing. * Willing to support at any times. Education & Experience * Minimum 2 or 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, repair and preventive maintenance machine. * Familiar with manufacturing environment Skills * Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills. * Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. * Apply I-CARE culture in daily work. Working Conditions * Duration of work: 48 hours per week. * Work in 3-shift: * Shift 1: 06:00 - 14:00 * Shift 2: 14:00 - 22:00 * Shift 3: 22:00 - 06:00 * Holiday or Tet vacation still work (if required) Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
