Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Perform all aspects of Equipment maintenance activities/tasks to minimize downtime. Familiar with machine operating system and able to troubleshoot the manufacturing machines. Preventive maintenances are properly carried out and recorded. Equipment breakdown is properly repair and at the best available time. Make work improvement to reduce the downtime of critical machine. All equipment spare parts are properly stored and recorded. Through the daily activities, create the “One Point Lesson” to record and sharing the good things to team. Do the housekeeping and keep the workplace clean at all-time. Propose the improvement idea and Kaizen to improve the working condition, reduce losses and saving cost. Be a member of improvement’s projects Follow and compliance the Environment-Health-Safety requirements strictly. Feedback on safety and security behaviour with other team members. Education & Experience 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment, repair and preventive maintenance machine. Familiar with manufacturing environment. Operate and troubleshoot for manufacturing equipment, CNC, Mechanical devices, Electrical devices. Repair and perform the maintenance for manufacturing’s equipment routinely. Able to read electrical drawing. Able to operate machines with PLC, HMI. Willing to support at any times.
