Job Description Responsible for timely machine installation and ensuring optimal production operations by maintaining equipment and enhancing yield, utilization, and product quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform machine installation as per schedule. Maintaining the smooth operation of production and optimizing yield, utilization, and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Update machine status from outgoing shift to incoming shift. Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering Fresh graduate is encourage to apply PREFERRED: Able to manage routine workload and ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision. Able to work independently as well as a team member. Able to converse and write well in English. SKILLS Dynamic and strategic thinking during day-to-day activities.
