Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for improving and sustain engineering portion and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE, Maintain UPH and Yield). Operate and monitor SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, Datacon 8800, Underfill, reflow ovens, solder paste printers, and AOI systems. Support line setup, product changeovers, and line optimization activities. Perform line troubleshooting and supporting daily production operation. Analyze engineering failure root causes and propose corrective actions. Ability to identify root cause and provide corrective action through use of effective problem-solving tools. Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. Propose improvements to enhance engineering performance and reliability. Support overall setup, relocation and retirement of system. Asst Engineer in continuous improvement projects. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications REQUIRED: Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent Must be able to work in 12 hour shift Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia PREFERRED: Familiarity in computer system & computer network Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook Able to work independently Have a good interpersonal skill SKILLS: Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical) Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component Knowledge in Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Re-flow, Plasma machine will be an added advantage Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
