Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Shift support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on equipment uptime, yield, and cost, utilization and cycle time. Support the production report the online machine status and issue to EE Leader and Engineer. Perform line conversion and complete FAI. Able to handle SMT and MA machines (NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM, Mechanical Jig/Equipment). Support tech team to meet the goals on Machine Down time; Utilization; to improve MTBA / MTBF. Support Engineer for project follow up. Project improvement submission. Give training Operator about machine operation and to improve their working skill. Spare parts hand out; replacement; and make good record for tracking. This role requires reliable presence to support operational and team objectives. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance aligned with the company’s work schedule. Qualifications REQUIRED: Diploma, Major in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred. PREFERRED: Minimum 1 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of SMT and MA Equipment (NXT, DEK, BTU, AOI, Asymtek, V510, VCO, RBM, Manual Assembly Jig/Equipment). Familiar with Mechanical equipment and process, Familiar with machine trouble shooting and alarm handling. Responsible for shift machine status checking and conversion. Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project. Experience on machine and tooling Preventive Maintenance. Have the ability for report generation, focus on machine alarm analysis and trouble shooting. SKILLS: Good interpersonal and communication skill. Able to communicate and write in English.
