Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform programming and troubleshooting of SMT lines. SPI /AOI inspection systems and other designed manufacturing equipment. Monitor machine performance and fine-tune programs to improve accuracy and productivity. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Equipment, QA and Operations team) to resolve issues. Minimize product changeover duration and process fine-tuning requirements. Maintain production runs at optimal yield levels. Undertake additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Qualifications REQUIRED: Diploma related Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Technology Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field Willing to work in 12 hours rotation shift Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint PREFERRED: Hands-on experience with FUJI NXT Pick and Place machines Familiar with AOI programming (Koh Young) SKILLS: Basic knowledge of electronics components and PCB assembly Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Able to work on rotating shifts and perform overtime if required Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
