Job Description Lab Equipment / Chamber Calibration, AMC, and Service: Perform internal calibration of laboratory equipment and environmental test chambers in accordance with defined procedures, industry standards, and calibration schedules. Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. Manage AMC activities, including scheduling service visits, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely closure of service actions. Diagnose equipment and chamber issues, perform first-level troubleshooting, and support root cause analysis for recurring failures. Ensure all lab equipment complies with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times. Maintain detailed calibration records, service reports, maintenance logs, and asset documentation to support audits and traceability. Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new lab equipment and chambers. Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce cleanroom protocols. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or ECE or B.E. Electronics and Communication / Electrical and Electronics. 4-5 years of relevant experience in laboratory equipment or environmental chamber calibration, maintenance, and servicing Hands-on experience in internal calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance of lab equipment and chambers. Working knowledge of calibration standards, documentation, and audit requirements. Experience in managing AMC activities and coordinating with service vendors. Familiarity with lab safety practices, ESD standards, and quality systems.
