In this role, you will support our engineering department by performing various technical tasks, assisting with projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of engineering processes. Assist engineers in the design, development, and testing of products and systemsConduct routine maintenance and calibration of engineering equipmentPerform quality control checks and inspections on engineering projectsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesSupport the implementation of engineering processes and methodologiesAssist in the setup, execution and maintenance of laboratory equipmentContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department Qualifications1 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 7+ years of experience in a similar technical roleProficiency in engineering software and toolsExperience in NAND or product reliability and testing is a plusUnderstanding on the protocol specification (SD, SD Express, USB, SCSI, PCIe, NVMe, eMMC or UFS) and associated tools such as (PCAP, Lecroy analyzer) is a plus.Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practicesFamiliarity with quality control proceduresExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood at creating Test Plan, providing the Execution TimelinesUnderstanding the Test Scenarios / Cases and Executing them.Ability to provide the tests execution results / status on daily basis.Ability to work efficiently in a team environmentUnderstanding of engineering processes and methodologiesWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and proceduresAdditional InformationSandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
