Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The responsibilities encompass monitoring process variation indicators, supporting failure analysis by selecting disks, assisting with troubleshooting, and performing manual data collection and analysis for engineering use. Additionally, the role involves evaluating engineering improvements, reviewing disk-mapping results for quality control, conducting buyoff evaluations during troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support investigations, and participating in root cause analysis while implementing necessary containment actions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor KPIV/KPOV Dashboards - Track and follow up on process variation indicators (e.g., IRIS, FAI, OSA particles, VI buyoff, PSAT, EBO, EPO, VOID). Failure Analysis Support - Identify and select disks for FA and coordinate sample pull requests. Perform FA1 measurements and support engineering in troubleshooting activities. Data Collection - Perform manual data plotting and analysis for engineering use (fast raw data turnaround). Engineering Evaluation - Support engineering improvement activities, including dummy evaluation and sample particle collection. Disk Mapping & Patch Review - Review disk mapping results within a dedicated window to meet quality and process control timelines. Buyoff & Triggered Activities - Conduct buyoff evaluations during troubleshooting activities triggered by engineering. Perform required measurements and assist in verifying target conditions during yield qualification. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Liaise with engineers, technicians, and process teams to support investigations and process improvements. Participate in root cause analysis and implement containment actions when necessary. Qualifications REQUIRED: Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Science, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field. PREFERRED: Working experience in a manufacturing environment (especially in a chamber system) is required. Work experience in the Sputtering Process/Yield or related field would be an added advantage. Familiarity with data systems and visualization tools used for yield tracking (e.g., IRIS, FAI dashboards). Basic knowledge of statistical process control and data interpretation.
