Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technician 4 to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a senior-level technician, you will play a crucial role in performing advanced technical tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting our engineering and production teams. Trigger and do the first level triage Monitor the test plan and test report Generate comprehensive failure analysis reports and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality Mentor junior technicians and share technical knowledge within the team Implement and maintain quality control processes in the laboratory environment Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements in failure analysis Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials Qualifications Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor or storage device environments Strong electrical background with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and technology Proven expertise in failure analysis methodologies and techniques Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail Strong understanding of quality control processes and their implementation Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex test data logs Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience in maintaining FA tracking sheets and equipment logs Knowledge of safety practices for handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals Proficiency in using computer software for documentation, reporting, and data analysis Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work Additional Information Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
