Job Description Job Description The Process Technician supports process stability, yield improvement, and equipment optimization within the wash module. This role works closely with Process Engineers to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve wet cleaning processes. The technician plays a key role in sustaining process performance and supporting new process qualifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and maintain process control parameters (flow rate, temperature, chemical concentration, mega-sonic power) Review and respond to SPC charts and process alarms Assist in root cause analysis of yield excursions and defect increases Support design of experiments (DOE) and process trials Perform process qualification runs and collect data for engineering analysis Analyze particles and defect inspection data Implement approved recipe adjustments under engineering guidance Document process changes and maintain process control documentation Qualifications Academic Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical / IT / Automation / Electronics Experience and Skills Required : Minimum 2 -3 year's experience in process or manufacturing environment. Knowledge on HDD media cleaning technology will be added advantage. Knowledge in Excel , Word & Power Point Good technical presentation skill. Good communication skill.
