Job Description Mogelijkheden voor een vast contract Voor Organon Oss zijn we opzoek naar kandidaten voor de rol van: Technician (5-ploegendienst) Welkom in ons team Binnen Organon Oss is het Integrated Process Team (IPT), waarvoor jij komt te werken verantwoordelijk voor de productie en verpakking van anticonceptie staafjes. De afdeling Maintenance en Engineering is verantwoordelijk voor technische staat van assets binnen het IPT. De afdeling bestaat uit ca. 22 medewerkers, er zijn 3 Technical Leads, die elk een team van 5 of 6 Storingsmonteurs/ Technicians hebben. Doel van de functie Onder de Technical lead, ben je samen met je collega Technici/ Monteurs in ploegendienst verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van productieverstoringen. Daarnaast zoek je actief naar structurele problemen en meld je deze bij het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor preventief onderhoud. Het ploegenrooster betreft een rooster in 5-ploegenrooster, waartoe ook diensten in nacht en weekend behoren. Primaire verantwoordelijkheden Oplossen van storingen en deelnemen aan storingsanalyses (Root Cause Analyse); Zorgdragen dat systemen correct in gebruik worden genomen na onderhoud inclusief het gereed melden van de werkzaamheden in systemen (o.a. logboeken, SAP); Signaleren en melden van mogelijke structurele verbeteringen. Jouw profiel Opleiding of werkervaring op MBO-niveau 3 in een relevante technische richting (b.v. elektrotechniek, WTB, mechatronica, industriële automatisering of een andere relevante richting); Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met storing zoeken, oplossen van storingen en het definiëren van preventieve maatregelen om toekomstige storingen te voorkomen; Je bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in groepsverband te werken en je bent accuraat in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden; Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met het werken in een gereguleerde omgeving zoals food, chemie of farma; Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Responsibilities

Responsible for resolving production disruptions and performing root cause analysis within the Integrated Process Team. The role involves ensuring systems are correctly returned to service after maintenance and identifying structural improvements for preventive maintenance.
