Job Description Perform routine preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HAVC, lighting, and basic mechanical systems. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and technical issues. Conduct daily inspections to identify faults and safety hazards.
