Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in our facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and committed to providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with equipment and systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively Read and interpret building services and electrical drawings Install and maintain electrical systems, including SWA, conduit, and trunking Implement and follow preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and customer complaints Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all maintenance activities Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility maintenance Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing job duties Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed Qualifications Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of various electrical systems Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and practices Understanding of building management systems (BMS) and controls Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Jakarta, Indonesia Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions and handle physical demands of the job Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field Job-Category: Engineering & Maintenance Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
