Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence. #LI-JM1 #UAPOPERATIONS Job Description Reporting to the Operations manager, the Technician is responsible to: Validate, correct and prepare payroll information for the Montreal and Quebec City distribution centers and the Ottawa pick-up center and ensure the necessary follow-ups. Support the distribution center management team for various operational reports. Act as a resource-person for audit needs Follow up on absenteeism, disciplinary letters, filing, Excel reporting and other clerical tasks for the Montreal and Quebec City distribution centers. Carry out tasks related to Returns of Merchandise (RGA) Produce reports on Excel. Qualifications To join our team, you need: College degree in administration, option human resources or operations management. Very good knowledge of the French language. Functional English. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially EXCEL. Knowledge of People-Soft is an asset. Attention to detail, teamwork, speed and accuracy in data entry, rigour in tasks performed, diligence, organizational skills.
