The role holder is developing skills, knowledge and capability; applying basic knowledge and practicing new skills Continues ongoing technical training, including basic windscreen replacement in addition to repairs Completes fitting functions, repairs and Plexi on “Simple” jobs with support and supervision and is exposed to “standard” jobs with supervision May carry out simple customer service activities, but will still need support with some decisions May find appropriate opportunities to present and sell Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) Develops an understanding of company standards, policies, and procedures and complies with them Develops an understanding of branch targets and KPIs and the role of a technician in them Maintains own tools and kit in good condition Didn't find the right job?
