Laboratory Assistant – Analytical Method Development (AMD) Are you looking for a position where structure, flow, and daily execution are at the core? Are you service-minded, enjoy hands-on tasks, and have a sharp eye for detail? You might be our new colleague in Analytical Method Development (AMD). The Department AMD is part of AGC Biologics and provides analytical support to both early- and late-stage development projects for external customers. We are a closely collaborating department operating in an international environment, solving tasks across projects and departments. As we work internationally, we expect you to communicate fluently in English – Danish is a strong advantage. Responsibilities As a laboratory assistant, you will be an important part of our daily operations. Your primary tasks will include: Material flow and maintenance of the kanban system – ensuring materials are in place and the flow runs smoothly Release tasks – supporting the release of chemicals and other materials for lab operations Daily housekeeping in the laboratory, including dishwashing and maintenance of work areas Creating new items in relevant systems The position is practical and routine-based, and you are comfortable owning fixed responsibilities and developing them over time. Your Profile A formal laboratory education is not required, but we would like you to: Be structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously Be service-minded and solution-oriented Have experience from a laboratory or similar professional environment – an advantage, but not a requirement Communicate clearly in English and collaborate well with colleagues across nationalities and departments We Offer A permanent 37-hour position in a well-functioning team with an informal work environment, close collaboration, and the opportunity to gain broad insight into how an analytical development department operates within an international contract manufacturing organisation.
