JOB SUMMARY:

Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated fluid dispensing systems used in electronics assembly and manufacturing industry.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

1) Fluent in mandarin (speak/read/write) as customer from China/Taiwan/Singapore due to their machine in chinese wording.
2) Operating and Maintaining dispensing systems such as Asymtek/Test/Assembly/BGA/Jigsaw/AOI/WB/DA.
3) Experience in setting up, running, and performing preventive maintenance (PM) on dispensing machines is crucial.
4) Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with the dispensing process, including nozzle clogging, flow issues, and software problems.
5) Knowledge of different dispensing techniques & ability to improve dispensing parameters to optimize process efficiency and reduce waste.
6) Knowledge of dispensing system’s control software.
7) Familiar with semiconductor equipment (Front End or Back End)
8) Familiar with semiconductor processes and monitoring such (Front End or Back End)
9) Have knowledge and hands on machine example Kaijo and ASM 829, FOL and EOL, Asymtek, NPI, Sawing, WB, DA, Tape Reel, PM, Jigsaw, Test, AOI.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1) Candidate must possess minimum 3 yrs experience, Diploma /Degree in Engineering
2) Well proficient in mandarin (reading & speaking) due to customer and machine are from China & Taiwan country.
3) Possess a reasonable working knowledge in the related practices in the industry
4) Able to use computer and familiar with MS Office – Words/Excel for reports
5) Technical Skills such as DA (Die-Attach), WB (Wire Bond), Asymtek, FOL and EOL, Sawing, Tape Reel, Preventive Maintenance.
6) Able to read, write and converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
7) Good communication & interpersonal skills
8) Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
