First Motors is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our expanding automotive division. Based in Bahrain, this is a fantastic full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to become part of a company with a strong local foundation and a global vision. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and knowledgeable technician, committed to delivering exceptional quality service and upholding our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: * Performing comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicle systems and components to identify faults and malfunctions. * Conducting routine servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tyre rotations. * Repairing or replacing defective parts, such as brakes, engines, steering, suspension, and electrical components. * Utilising state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate fault finding and resolution. * Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all work performed on each vehicle. * Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and workshop procedures. * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within the allocated time. Qualifications: * Proven experience working as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role. * A relevant vocational qualification or certification in automotive technology or mechanics. * In-depth knowledge of various vehicle systems, including electrical, engine, and transmission. * Proficiency in using a wide range of diagnostic tools and workshop equipment. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * A valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

The technician will perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicle systems and conduct routine servicing and maintenance. They will also repair or replace defective parts and ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality.
