JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled technician to install, maintain, and repair automotive workshop equipment, specifically vehicle lifts and paint booths. The role involves on-site assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring installations meet safety and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of automotive workshop equipment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and work in workshop environments.
• Willingness to travel for on-site projects.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience.

• Install and assemble automotive lifts, paint booths, and related workshop equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform site inspections before installation to ensure proper placement and setup requirements.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on lifts, paint booths, and other automotive equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide operational training to clients or workshop staff on installed equipment.
• Maintain accurate service reports, installation logs, and customer records.
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with industry standards during installation and servicing.
