Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others? We are looking for a Benefits Technician to join our team and play a key role in managing employee benefits programs. In this position, you will ensure the accurate administration of benefits, assist team members with inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities: Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers in matters of benefits, disability, retirement and management of absences / vacations; Administer benefit programs for corporate, associates and banner stores (correspondence with stores and employees, communication with the insurer, process and analyze changes, administrative processing of disabilities); Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all payroll entries related to employee benefits, retirement plans and absence management; Participate in the annual group insurance renewal process; Support and actively participate in the development, definition, identification, and implementation of tools to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications To join our team, you need: Diploma in administration or human resources with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
