JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out general repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and minor fixes.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing work (e.g., lights, sockets, leaks, clogs).
• Use electrical measurement and testing equipment (e.g, multimeters, clamp meters) to assist in troubleshooting.
• Assist in troubleshooting and minor repair of equipment.
• Support the upkeep of ACMV systems, generators, and other building facilities.
• Escort and oversee external vendors during onsite maintenance or servicing works.
• Conduct routine walkabouts and safety checks to identify potential hazards or issues.
• Provide operational support for events setup and assist other departments when required.
• Respond to urgent repair requests and participate in after-hours standby duty on a rotational basis.Maintain accurate records of repair works, inspections, and safety compliance.
