Rain Carbon's operations have an exceptional track record of reliability and a culture of responsibility to our  customers, suppliers, employees and the communities where we operate.   Job Overview                   :         This position is responsible to work execution (Erection, Commissioning and any modification) on site during project and maintenance activities.                                                               Key Responsibilities Areas :   Maintenance and repair of material handling equipment such as belt conveyors, crushers, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, vibrating screens, Samson feeders and pumps. Execution of project work on site. Follow the instructions for project, maintenance or shutdown activities to ensure compliance with safety, specifications, and standards. Identify, study, propose, and implement mechanical engineering improvements to enhance operations and equipment reliability. Act as contract holder to ensure contractor and supplier compliance with erection, commissioning, and maintenance procedures. Inspect inward mechanical materials from suppliers for correct technical specifications as per purchase orders. Input maintenance data into SAP to ensure accurate equipment history and support maintenance scheduling. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical breakdowns. Participate actively in meetings, campaigns, and discussions relevant to job responsibilities. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement or replacement. Coordinate with production and electrical teams to minimize disruption during maintenance.
