Job Identification We are looking for a Technician who will be responsible for a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all electrical systems within the facility located in Erbil plant, Iraq .What We Expect • Team Leadership & Planning Lead and coordinate the electrical maintenance team, overseeing daily and weekly activities to ensure smooth operations and timely interventions.• Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance Plan and execute monthly and annual preventive maintenance programs for all electrical installations, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.• Troubleshooting & Emergency Response Respond promptly to electrical and electronic malfunctions during shifts, weekends, and holidays to maintain uninterrupted production.• Workplace Organization & 5S Implementation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by applying 5S principles and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and monitored.• Production Support & Documentation Assist operators with technical issues, respond to line foremen requests, and maintain accurate records of spare part usage and maintenance activities to support production efficiency.• System Reporting & SAP Management Log and report issues encountered during shifts, create and close job records in SAP, and ensure proper documentation of completed tasks.• Installation & Commissioning Supervise electrical installations during assembly/disassembly of production lines, conduct commissioning under authorized supervision, and perform necessary testing.• Safety Compliance & Monitoring, Adhere to job safety protocols, utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and conduct regular safety inspections and checklist reporting.• Waste Management, Sort and dispose of maintenance-related waste in accordance with solid waste processing procedures.• Workshop & Area Cleanliness, Ensure cleanliness of the electrical workshop and surrounding areas, monitor cleaning supplies, and identify replenishment needs.• Energy Monitoring & Analysis, Track electrical meter readings and analyze energy consumption patterns to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineering or equivalent related profession.• 3 years of total experience.• Good communication skills • Good in English (and local language if an expat).• Undergraduate/ above student.• Safety and Health training.• Quality, food safety and GMP trainings.• On-board training.
