Summary: Support growing commercial services sector Install and support Breezeline’s Commercial Hosted Voice (VOIP), enterprise fiber and small business (SMB) services Respond to Hosted Voice, commercial fiber circuit and SMB trouble calls Assist Technical Operations construction team with Commercial fiber deployments Assist Network Engineers during optical and network upgrades Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned) Performing Hosted Voice service installations which includes working with internal sales and provisioning teams along with customer interactions for pre-qualification visits, site surveys, pre-installation and installations Install Breezeline Hosted Voice phones/devices, commercial fiber routers and other CPE Coordinate with the Sales and Business Services teams to design and implement hosted phone changes and additions to ensure minimal disruption to existing customer systems Troubleshoot and analyze IP voice and data issues as well as working scheduled maintenance activities during commercial equipment upgrades Coordinate with the Advanced Services Group during current customer system interruptions and device troubles Technical knowledge preferable associated with PBX and VOIP phone systems, ethernet and fiber networking, PC software and back office connectivity as well as CATV coax experience May assist local Technical Operations teams with additional tasks as approved by Commercial Supervisor Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Desired Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Google Workspace Layer 2/3 networking technology Familiarity with VLAN and multicast Back office enterprise network technologies preferable PBX phone system and SIP phone experience desirable Familiarity with data center environments desirable Ability to perform clean cabling and professional installations Other Required Skills and Abilities Ability to adhere to Local, Federal regulations and company policies.
