Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems * Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups * Accurately communicate findings and recommend solutions to customers * Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards * Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time on site * Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order * Representing the company with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity Qualifications * 5+ years of HVAC experience * Washington Electrical O6A Certification * Idaho training card * Valid EPA Certification * Gas Mech 1 * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record * Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions * Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required) * Nate Certification * Idaho Journeyman * HVAC Trade school certificate * Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience * Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings * Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Familiarity with Service Titan * Procore knowledge What We Offer * Clear career path and advancement opportunities * Competitive Pay * CEU/licensing reimbursement * Paid time off and holidays * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Kayaks and paddleboards available for employee use * Employer Paid Life Insurance with EAP * Seasonal Event Tickets * 401(k) with company match * A team-focused culture that values safety, accountability, and growth Join the team that builds more than just HVAC systems—we build careers.
