Job title - Technician, Creation, P&B Location - Singapore The Technician, Creation, P&B is responsible for compounding fragrance oil and will work closely with perfumer and cross functional team. This function will be based in dsm-firmenich Ascent and reporting to Creation Laboratory Manager. Your Key Responsibilities: Compound fragrance oils with high accuracy as per requests and due delivery date applying good laboratory practices with the support of digital tools & software Ensure completion of requests in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and well-organized workplace. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose viable actions Stock management: Prepare & manage own personal collection of raw materials and fragrance oils related to own perfumer. Ensure all expired raw materials & fragrance oils are cleared regularly in system and physically. Reports any non-conformance to the laboratory supervisor or manager. You Bring: Diploma in chemistry or relevant studies. Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience, prior compounding experience in a fragrance laboratory environment is advantageous. Positive work attitude, able to work independently and or in a team. Operates with a team spirit mindset, collaboration. Meticulous, attention to detail, discipline, careful and organized.
