Job Summary: Responsibilities Executes complex EMC test plans for a single technology, evaluates performance, and documents test results in reports. Inspects simpler customer samples, operates relevant tests, and ensures proper evaluation by communicating with customers during setup and testing. Understands and applies product/test standards and technology relevant to responsibilities. Operates and maintains basic test equipment, performs minor maintenance, and may handle calibration tasks. Works with minimal supervision within set responsibilities. Incorporates continuous improvement techniques, offering suggestions to enhance accuracy and efficiency in equipment, processes, and forms. Open to working 2nd or 3rd shifts and overtime. Completes other lab duties as assigned. Demonstrates initiative and a drive to improve technical skills. Qualifications ITE or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or Manufacturing Technology with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education. Experience in EMC, RF, or Electrical/Electronic technology is preferred. Candidates with relevant EMC and/or RF experience may be considered for the Senior Laboratory Technician role. Strong team player with drive and initiative to deliver results in a challenging environment. Must be willing to work night shifts (6pm to 7am, including overtime).
