WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage & Lead the Tech Dept Manage daily installs, repair, set-up and issues with vending & market equipment Create, receive, dispatch, and ensure that installs and machines are performed within the required time frame and quality Manage install service techs, scheduling & procedures Manage service parts and inventories Manage & support team to set-up & perform maintenance on equipment Ensure proper training and knowledge of vending & market equipment to team members Ensure team members are following all Imperial procedures and protocol WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Mechanical and/or electrical background, either from previous work experience or formal training Basic computer knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook Email and Calendar Valid DL / Drive Company vehicles Integrity Innovation Responsible Growth oriented Able to create and enforce resolutions quickly Have a willingness for change Able to adapt to new policies and procedures Have exceptional communication skills Must be detail oriented Must be able to manage several tasks at once Must have client relations skills Technical Services a plus Mechanical &/or Electrical Background
