JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled Technician to install, maintain, and repair a range of dispensers, including paper towel, soap, sanitizer, air fresheners, and related equipment. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of dispensers and aroma diffusers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) OR
• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Trade.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of dispensing equipment.

• Installation & Commissioning:
• Install and commission dispensers (paper towel, soap, sanitizer, air fresheners).
• Connect dispensers with building management systems (BMS) where applicable.
• Test and verify the functionality of equipment.
• Provide training to clients on operation and maintenance.
• Preventive Maintenance:
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks.
• Inspect, clean, and replace parts as necessary.
• Lubricate moving parts and optimize dispenser performance.
• Breakdown Maintenance:
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty dispensers.
• Conduct both in-house and on-site repairs as needed.
• Replace damaged parts with genuine replacements.
• Refilling & Stocking:
• Refill dispensers with consumables as needed.
• Maintain adequate stock levels in coordination with the Operations Executive.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Equipment Handling:
• Safely handle tools and equipment.
• Maintain all tools and equipment.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Communicate service activities and equipment performance to clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Prepare and submit service reports.
