* Diagnose assigned vehicles for mechanical, electrical, and electronic system requirements using brand-specific diagnostic tools and software for Mhero and Voyah models. * Ensure quality by producing an extremely low level of repeat/return jobs through thorough root-cause analysis and validated repairs. * Ensure clear communication so that work done or required is well understood by other technicians, Service Advisors, supervisors, and customers. * Improve efficiency by providing constructive inputs regarding work methods, work environment, tools, and equipment; support workshop process enhancements. * Undergo ongoing training on Mhero & Voyah emerging technologies (EV systems, ADAS, high-voltage components) and suggest training needs for other technicians. * Support junior technicians on complicated complaints while maintaining all diagnostic tools and equipment in good working condition.
