Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of the production buyoff procedure, ensuring alignment with operational standards. Provide ongoing support on the shop floor to address any production-related concerns.
  • Perform trouble shooting and analysis on internal and external product quality issue. Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide daily task report.
  • Actively participate and support in SMART LEAN and Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP). Assist in trial runs, cost-saving evaluations, and the implementation of process enhancements.
  • Regularly monitor and optimize production processes and machine parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all process checklists and logbooks are accurately maintained.
  • Support the setup and integration of new processes or products (New Product Introduction - NPI) to the production line.
  • Assist in the development of work instructions and process documentation.
  • Provide training to manufacturing personnel to ensure adherence to procedures and continuous operational improvements.
