(BVSATS) Location: Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Minimum Required Qualifications Specialty: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Education Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience Technical Knowledge and Expertise • Familiarity with testing procedures for electrical, electronic, audio, and HVAC products • Knowledge of IEC, SASO, ISO, ANSI, AHRI standards • Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements • Skilled in operating instruments for voltage, current, insulation, audio quality, airflow, and energy efficiency • Committed to electrical and mechanical safety protocols Experience • Minimum 2 years in testing laboratories for electrical, IT, audio, or HVAC products Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities Perform performance and safety testing for electrical, IT, audio, and HVAC products according to approved standards Test products including: IT: Computers, monitors, printers, network devices AUDIO: Speakers, microphones, surround sound systems HVAC: Air conditioners, compressors, fans, ventilation units Verify product compliance with efficiency, safety, and reliability standards Calibrate and maintain measurement instruments for each product category Accurately record test results using approved data sheets Participate in technical proficiency programs such as repeatability and inter-laboratory comparison tests Support the lab supervisor in managing daily technical operations Assume supervisory duties when delegated or during supervisor absence Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure safe equipment handling Adhere to Bureau Veritas policies on ethics, confidentiality, and impartiality Comply with all applicable quality, safety, security, and environmental standards We create trust between businesses and we are committed to cultivating an open and inclusive environment wherever we operate and so do our employees.
