    A wonderful opportunity exists for an experienced Electrophysiology Technician to work on a casual or permanent part-time basis in our Angiography Suite at Joondalup Health Campus (JHC).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cardiac Electrophysiology is a new service commencing July 2025 at JHC. Working with two Electrophysiology Cardiologists to deliver a range of ablation procedures to the patient cohort treated at JHC.

AS AN ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO OUR ANGIOGRAPHY SUITE, WHICH WILL INVOLVE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Operating physiological monitoring system GE Combo Lab for electrophysiology cases
  • Interpreting / measuring ECGs, cardiac pressures, cardiac outputs & oxygen saturation
  • Ensuring the maintenance of EP stock levels
  • Well developed written & oral communication skills including advanced computer literacy
  • When required, undertaking all aspects of haemodynamic monitoring for both cardiology and vascular procedures.
