Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our North Shore Ford Service Centre in Artarmon. In this role, you will benefit from ongoing support from skilled mechanics with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and work in a dynamic and professional environment.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch servicing, repairs, and maintenance for our customers’ vehicles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine servicing on customer vehicles as well as our own fleet and equipment.
  • Execute defect repairs across a variety of vehicles, diagnosing and addressing mechanical issues effectively.
  • Complete job cards and client-specific paperwork with precision, documenting repairs, servicing, and identified defects.
  • Uphold safe working conditions and comply with established work health and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Australian residency.
  • Light vehicle mechanical trade qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license.
  • Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
